Job Desctiption:
The position reports to Senior Field Account Officer. The role encompasses microfinance field work services to low and average income earners and is responsible for identify and developing new clientele, managing loans and savings portfolio of clients and providing customer care. Person is also responsible daily cash collections receipting and recording, daily balancing and banking of moneys and maintaining accurate, timely records and reports.
Selection Criteria:
Preferred Education
Year 13 leaving certificate. Formal training in the field of finance, accounting, business, economics, or community development from recognized institution.
Preferred Experience
1 or more years experience in the same field will be ideal. However, highly trainable fresh entries into the workforce are welcome.
