Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking a suitable candidate to appoint for the role of F& B Outlet Supervisor.  Reporting to the Food and Beverage Director, the duties for this role will include:

 Supervise restaurant and Bar staff and area assigned to him/her under the direct guidance and instructions of the outlet Manager or Food and Beverage Manager or Head  Chef.
 To ensure that all food and beverage prepared from the kitchen and Bar is of the highest standard, according to the standards of food and Beverage quality and presentation, by the resort.

 Makes suggestions to the Food and Beverage Director or Head Chef concerning improvement's which lead to a higher guest satisfaction and overall department profitability.

This role requires the successful applicant to lead and continue to develop our strong relationship with Customs Dept by facilitating all our customs clearances .
-Data entry and filing of asycuda docs of all import airfreight and sea shipment clearances as well as export shipments.
-Deal with handling all our permit applications for Biosecurity , Energy , Environment and duty concession applications.


 

Selection Criteria:

- Must have at least more than 1 Year experience with the importation of goods through Asycuda.
-Excellent typing skills.
-Punctual work attendance.
-Drivers license a bonus.
-Fluent in English , Bislama and French both verbally and written.
-Current customs broker license an advantage

 

Salary:

eg: VT 130,000-180,000/ Monthly
