Are you ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment? Computer World is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of internationally incoming goods and ensure seamless operations within our supply chain. This position is integral to our logistics team and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supplier and Partner Liaison: Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Customs and Compliance Management: Handle all customs clearance processes, bio-security checks, and related tasks to ensure compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the entire logistics process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring that all goods are tracked and managed efficiently.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, customs documentation, and inventory levels. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding logistics performance and challenges.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain, working proactively to find solutions that minimize disruption.
Selection Criteria:
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Year 12 or higher certificate is required.
• Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and the ability to learn other programs as required.
• Communication Skills: Confident communication skills via email and phone, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and numerical skills to manage logistics data accurately.
• Experience: Previous experience in customs, clearance, or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with international shipping regulations and procedures is advantageous.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is advantageous, but not essential.

Salary:
• We are offering a competitive salary range of 60,000 VT to 80,000 VT, based on experience and qualifications.
