Job Desctiption:
We are looking to hire experienced Team Leaders to supervise various production departments throughout our facility; the objective of the role is to lead a small team in meeting production goals while enforcing the company's policies and regulations.
We are looking for team leaders to:
-Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals and deadlines
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Be an effective liaison between managers and department workers
Selection Criteria:
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in industrial production advantageous
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Able to speak in Bislama and English confidently would be highly considered
