Job Desctiption:

The Country Administration Officer has key responsibility for providing support and a comprehensive range of administrative services to trainers and managers of the APTC including but not limited to, student support services, access bursary, marketing, data management and finance ensuring compliance with APTC policies and work instructions.

 

Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role you must have:

1. Cert III level qualification in a related field or post-secondary qualification and demonstrated experience in related field.
2. Proven capacity to exercise independence and judgment in the performance of their work.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in administrative skills and ability to adapt established practices to achieve objectives in a busy and complex work environment.
4. Intermediate (or advanced) ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
5. Sound written and oral communication skills in English & local language.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small and dedicated team.
7. Experience in using databases and desktop publishing software would be an advantage.

 

Salary:

Vuv 1,478,542  per annum inclusive of 4% employer superannuation

Job Desctiption:

Au sein de la délégation commerciale Vanuatu située à Port-Vila, vous assurez la promotion et la vente des produits et des services Aircalin et ses partenaires, en répondant aux besoins de la clientèle directe ou BtoB, dans le respect des balises de qualité et des procédures de la Compagnie.

Pour cela, vous êtes notamment en charge de :
• Assurer l'accueil physique des clients et traiter les appels et des e-mails de la clientèle  
• Gérer les réservations, les cotations et les tarifications des billets individuels, groupes et comptes Corporate
• Assurer la vente du produit Aircalin et ses partenaires, dans le respect des conditions tarifaires applicables
• Informer, conseiller sur les produits et services et proposer une offre adaptée et personnalisée
• Valoriser l'éventail d'offres de la Compagnie (programme de fidélisation, partenariat, réseau...)
• Entretenir une assistance auprès des clients on-line ainsi que celle après des agences de voyages pour tout dossier nécessitant une intervention de la Compagnie
• Suivre les encaissements des règlements des prestations selon les différents modes de paiement et les règlements des clients en compte
• Vérifier la gestion comptable des états de caisses journaliers, le suivi des relevés des prélèvements cartes via TPE
• Traiter les dossiers « litiges » clientèle (au Vanuatu) avec le suivi auprès du siège en Nouvelle Calédonie ;
• Superviser les vols et la compagnie d'assistance à l'aéroport.

Critères de recrutement :

• Formation commerciale ou tourisme niveau Bac +2
• Expérience au minimum d'1 an dans le transport aérien et/ou le tourisme
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office) et en particulier du GDS Amadeus
• Esprit d'équipe, sens commercial et aisance relationnelle
• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (lu, écrit, parlé)
• Sens de l'écoute et de la satisfaction clients  
• Capacité d'adaptation et d'anticipation
