Organisation Description:
Hyperchem Pharmacy Vu Limited is a retail pharmacy located at Kumul Highway, Port Vila.
Job Desctiption:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the dispensary, provide efficient patient counselling, managing pharmacy dispensary assistants and ensuring the smooth operations of the pharmacy.
The successful candidate will be required to:
•Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
•Counsel patients regarding medications to achieve optimal health outcomes
•Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
•Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
•Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines
Selection Criteria:
•Be a registered Pharmacist in Vanuatu with minimum qualification of Bachelor in Pharmacy
•Be passionate about delivering patient care, professional health services, and customer care
•Develop relationships with local allied health care professionals
•Be able to work under pressure and be flexible
•Have good command of written and spoken English
•Previous Retail Pharmacy experience would be an added advantage
