• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good presentation skills for educating internal staffs on accounting principles

The candidate will be assisting the Head Chef to overlook the entire operation of the kitchen and
will be working closely with the Head Chef and FOH to ensure smooth F&B operation.
