Job Desctiption:

FR8 Logistics is currently seeking well qualified candidates to perform the following:
• Design or conduct work-related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance.
• Responsible for identifying training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
• May analyze organizational training needs or evaluate training effectiveness.
• Supervise and monitor progress made via specific training programs
• May work with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs


Selection Criteria:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Post-Graduation or Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years related experience (2 years' experience in leiu of Post Grad/Masters)
• Experience conducting training to both operations-based and corporate based employees
