Job Description
|
Heavy Duty Mechanic will carry out operational tasks that are
required daily and
periodically for a terminal to function. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES • Must be a mechanic by trade. • Conduct preventative maintenance and attend to terminal facilities breakdowns. • Must have at least 2 years’ experience. • Daily vehicle checklist supervision and maintenance checklist • General housekeeping ensuring the terminal is clean. • Good understanding and upholding of company policies and procedures. • Responding to fire and oil spill incidents and other emergencies. • Comply with HSSE policies & procedures. |

Selection Criteria
|
It is desirable that the
applicant has:
• Must be a mechanic by trade. • Must have at least 2 years’ experience. • Certificate in general maintenance would be an advantage. • Minimum of 2 years work experience in related field. • Must have a good knowledge on diagnosing procedure. • Experience as qualified welder would be an advantage. • In possession of a Heavy Duty Drivers licence. • Ability to work under pressure, during weekends and after normal working hours. • Team work orientation and performance based attitude. • Bilingual (French and English) would be an advantage. • Basic 1st Aid and Fire Fighting training. |

Job Description
|
The Customers Service
(CS) is responsible of the sales at
the sales desk and organize the bulk and drum delivery team, the invoicing of all sales, the receivables, and the customer service. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES • Compliance with Pacific Energy regulations and management instructions. • Receive orders from customers • Plan deliveries with maximum use of each delivery vehicles. • Raising of invoices, receipts and credit notes for all sales and transactions. • Daily cash reconciliation. • Ensure that there is adequate stock in all customer bulk customer sites and Island terminals. • Daily submission of sales report to administration. • keep records of all sales and files for 10 years. • Comply with HSSE policies • Be able to work as a team. • Responsible for physical stock movement, quality Control. • Cooperation with superiors and comply with other responsibilities assigned by the Management. |
