The Department of Water

The framework streamlines and identify funding resources and promotes the ability for collaboration with different implementing partners on priorities identified at Provincial level. As part of preparation and capacity building towards successfully implementing NIP, DOWR is putting effort into development of its capacity in different areas and one important one is in terms of procurement and contract management.
