applications and other planning related matters covered within the
development control function of the department.

Selection Criteria
|
Qualification: Diploma or
a degree in land management
Special Business Education: Town and country planning or land use planning & real estate, economics or legal studies would be an asset Experience: 3-5 years experience in all or some of the above duties & responsibilities Special Skills: Presentation skills, interpretation skills, planning and report writing skills and computer literate Thinking style: Analytical Communication/Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills Behavioural Competencies: Must have respect for superiors and is cooperative and be able to work in a team Language: English, French and bislama is required. |

Selection Criteria

This role requires:
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting / audit role (including VAT, payroll, VNPF, monthly / annual accounts) • An Accounting or Business tertiary qualification • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and Accounting software such as MYOB and/or Xero • Must be bilingual in French and English with excellent communication and written skills in both languages • Ability to work with minimal supervision and experience dealing directly with clients, oversight and training of staff. |
