Job Description
To coordinate the daily running of the youth centre and manage a team of tutors to deliver classes and leisure activities.
You will be able to provide a safe environment for those youth not in school to feel they can learn and work together at the centre.
You will be interested in the tutors performance and offer constructive suggestions for ways they can improve their class.
You will be interested in exploring how the centre can develop new activities and link up with other agencies in Luganville.
You will also be able to interpret budgets and monitor spending on  activities .
You will be able to produce a narrative report and an overall financial report at 6 monthly intervals.
You will be responsible for ensuring classes happen on time.

Selection Criteria
Previous experience in program coordination, budget management and community work and experience working with young people. Ability to liaise with different departments and stakeholders within Luganville/Santo. Strong communication and people management skills.
