The Communication
Outreach Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and
facilitation of implementation activities in liaison with the Relocation
Technical Working Group (RTWG), National Disaster Management Office (NDMO)
and partners involved in resettlement of affected communities on Ambae.
|
Selection Criteria

The consultant will be
expected to have the following skills and experience:

Pacific Energy invites applications from suitable qualified
persons for the position of Aviation Aircraft refueller for its business in
Vanuatu. The successful candidate will be based at Bauerfield Airport.
The aircraft refueller works outdoors in various weather conditions with aviation gasoline and kerosene fuel. They operate refuelling trucks and fuelling equipments daily. Training for an aircraft refueler is performed on the job with senior refuelers. |
Selection Criteria

The refueller will also
do maintenance job and participate in all safety programs of the company.
Applicants will be assessed against the following selection criteria: • Must be a Ni-Vanuatu • Must have mechanical or engineering qualifications / background • Must have High school diploma/Certificate or equivalent • Able to work in a team and respect instructions • Ability to follow strict Aviation controls and procedures in place • Must have at least 3 years experience in mechanical duties, • Must be in possession of a valid common and heavy duty driving license • Ability to be self motivated and to work on weekends • Must be able to work under a supervisor • Ability to do reporting and filing • Ability to work under pressure • Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications • Have good communication skills • Must have a small knowledge on Chemistry • Must be able to learn further • Must have a valid medical certificate • Must have good sense of safety first |
