Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Cook in our expanding Resort. Must have at least 3 years experience in a busy kitchen making breakfasts, baking Bread and preparing Sweets and pastries. Must be neat & tidy and understand food hygiene practices. We are offering long term permanent employment working morning shift starting at 6am and working minimum of 5 days per week. All applicants must speak English.

We are looking to employ an experienced Restaurant Wait Person in our expanding Resort. Ideally with at least 2 years similar experience working in a busy Restaurant Dining Room and with experience working behind the Bar. You should be well presented with excellent communication skills, be quick on your feet and be able to serve guests efficiently, professionally and with a happy disposition. Must be available to work weekends and public holidays and be a team player. We are offering long term, permanent employment working afternoon shifts starting at 12:00pm. We are looking for an energetic Restaurant Duty Manager experienced in working in a busy fast paced environment for our very successful and busy restaurant.
