Job Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a mature individual that has experience on construction/building sites and detailed knowledge of construction and building materials.

You will be responsible for managing and carrying out all site visits to properties to inspect structures and improvements. You will need to be a highly detailed and organized individual, ensuring reports from each property are exact in detail and correct the first time. You will need to present well to clients in appearance and communication. You will spend approximately half of your time in the field visiting properties and the reminder in office inputting data to our database PropertyIntel, drawing building using 3D software and Google Earth.

You will need to be highly detailed and efficient when carrying out fieldwork, with a strong ability to self-manage your daily tasks to completion in a timely manner. 

Summary of Duties include: 
  • Locate properties using Google Earth to ensure you pinpoint exact location prior to visit  
  • Describe all improvements following a detailed procedure checklist making note of materials used, quality and condition
  • Draw full site surveys using sketching notes and tablets
  • Measure improvements using laser, tape measure and smart measure apps
  • Draw in SketchUp the full site surveys referencing building areas
  • Detail all building areas into our database, PropertyIntel
  • Complete Excel template of all building improvements and site improvements.
Criteria:
The successful candidate will be very focused on the details, organized and efficient in producing results on a daily basis.
