Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Financial Controller / Assistant Financial Controller, the duties for this role will include:
  • Provide an efficient and accurate Accounts Payable Service
  • Work closely with all departments at the Resort
  • Follow correct procedures so that payments can be made in an efficient manner
  • Obtain monthly statements from creditors
  • Ensure all invoices are cross-matched against orders, quoted prices are correct and VAT rules applied
  • Perform weekly/monthly creditors reconciliations
  • Process overseas payments and settle general/overhead creditors
  • Liaise with government departments such as Labour, Immigration, VNPF, VAT, VIPA and others
  • Maintain proper supporting documents and filing systems for all payments
  • Investigate any dispute or long outstanding payables
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned by the CFO and his absence the Assistant Financial Controller.
Criteria:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
  • The successful applicant will have previous experience in a Resort, as well as:
  • Be able to take control of the entire accounts payable function
  • Liaise professionally with customers and fellow staff alike
  • Be prepared to get the information you need for your role
  • High level problem solving capabilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (excel/word/outlook), as well as experience with Hotel Accounting systems and be able to quickly learn industry specific software
  • Exposure to foreign currency transactions will be useful.

As a Kids Club Attendant you are responsible to ensure that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
  • Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / crèche
  • Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child 
  • Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche
  • Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained
  • Assist with implementation of special activity events
  • Promote guest activities and events

Working as a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will report to the Spa Manager and will perform a range of beauty and relaxation treatments for spa guests and must provide excellent customer service to ensure that all spa guests have a perfect stay and that guest satisfaction is achieved.

Un Responsable Adjoint d’Exploitation Agricole (H/F) en contrat à durée indéterminée.

La personne retenue participera à la gestion technique de la société Ballande Vanuatu Limited dont l’activité principale est l’élevage Bovins mais aussi Porcins. Elle interviendra sous la responsabilité du Directeur d’exploitation local et du Directeur des activités agricoles du Groupe de Nouvelle-Calédonie.

Dans le cadre de la politique définie par le Groupe, elle sera chargée d’organiser les opérations liées à la conduite des élevages bovins et porcins ainsi que des productions végétales en vue d’obtenir des résultats de production optimums et de seconder le Responsable d’Exploitation.

Les missions principales qui lui seront confiées sont:
  • La gestion globale des ateliers (identifications, inventaires, pesées, ventes, reproduction, renouvellement, semis, récoltes…)
  • La collecte et saisie de données techniques (calendrier parcellaire, pesées, observations…)
  • La participation à la gestion du parc d’engins et outillages agricoles
  • La gestion de la société en l’absence du Responsable d’exploitation Agricole.
