General management of small holiday complex consisting of 6 short term holiday apartments, bar/cafe (not open to general public), kids club and 3 long term rental houses in the same estate.

A broad outline of tasks includes (but not limited to) the following:
  • Check guests in and out including managing airport transfers
  • Manage existing trained staff including rostering/payroll
  • Stock Control/Ordering/Purchasing
  • Manage general maintenance and on-going repairs
  • Develop/Manage/Assess Promotions.
Criteria:
