The department of Woman's Affairs within the Ministry of Justice and Community Services wishes to recruit an experienced individual to fill the position of Communication and Liaison Officer.
Post Number: 080
Grade: Os4.0
Criteria:
- A University degree in social Science, social work, media & Journalism, public administration, development studies, community development and a fair knowledge of advocacy work
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant field and proven record of commitment to advancing the status of women, girls, children and the disabled
- Good keyboard skills and ability to use MS Word, MS PowerPoint, excellent analytical skills, good judgement and interpretation sikills, good planning and report writing skills and good research and communication skills
- Be able to think practically, analytically, comprehensively and be open minded
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- Be cooperative, committed, punctual, trustworthy, honest and a good team player
- Be able to speak fluently in English or French and Bislama.
