Manage the daily operations and activities of all areas of the food and beverage in a very busy establishment including liaising with guests, employees, and the community .You'll be managing the overall operations for all components of the business including the restaurant, bar and water sporting facilities. Supported by a team of up to 30 local staff employed across all areas of catering, chefs,
front of house, bar tenders, bookkeeping and grounds keeping.

                    • Act as the prime agent for change providing effective direction and firm leadership to senior managers, management and the staff of Bred Bank Vanuatu, in implementing the vision for the bank, communicating enthusiastically the strategies and plan for the future
                    • Generate a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the bank by personally demonstrating and realizing a commitment to meeting the highest ethical, business and quality standards
                    • Assure the implementation of best practices in governance,encouraging other to comply with legal, regulatory and personal obligations
