Criteria: Possess standard knowledge of trades/crafts Electricity, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, and a good working knowledge of building maintenance, system and grounds maintenance practices and procedures, power, power generation and distribution systems Be able to supervisor more that 10 staff Understand hotel's customer service standards Posses basic Electronics Troubleshooting technics  Has required Technical Understanding of hotel equipments preventive maintenance.
