You will be managing a team of Oxfam and partner staff that support communitites to increase their resilience and facilitate the Vanuatu Climate Action Newtork (VCAN). To be successful in this position, you will meet the following requirements. Criteria: At least 3 years project management experience Good knowledge of community based adaptation, disaster risk reduction and/or development programming Understanding of the policy landscape in Vanuatu A passion to promote gender equality Advanced reporting, budgeting and language skills in Bislama and English are essential.
