About the role



The position of the Human Resources Officer will:

• Assist in supporting the management team and staff within SCA Vanuatu through operational support and guidance and a lead by example approach on best practice people management.

• Work closely with the Human Resources Manager to implement the processes as required by the HR, learning and development policies of Save the Children.
