Oxfam is looking for an accountant who will ensure that there is effective management of all financial transactions, monitoring, cash flow management and reporting in line with organizational policies and systems and assists the Country Director and Program Manager s with their budget management responsibilities through ensuring there is

provision of timely and accurate program finance reports and budget management assistance.

This position requires regular engagement with Oxfam staff in Port Vila as well as Oxfam finance and program management staff based in the organization head office in Melbourne.
