World Vision's Activity goal for the sustainable community economic development (SCED) project os to increase agriculture-based income by 20% in 24 communities of Sanma Province in Vanuatu by 2016. Specific outcomes are:

1) A sustainable system for farmers to assess and develop market opportunities

2) Improved capacity of farmer groups in production, processing, finance and marketing increases household income by 20%

3) Farmers have increased capacity to overcome constraints to accessing market opportunities in Luganville and Port Vila

4) Contextualize and strengthen the market facilitation model for Vanuatu. This is a 5 year project that has commences on November 2011 until year 2016.
