The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit an experience person to fill in the Luganville Branch Manager role. This is a very challenging and important role within the bank. Duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible for overseeing the operations of Luganville branch, playing a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and ensuring the department meets all customers retail banking needs

2) report directly to the Branch Operations Manager

3) Overseeing functions and operations of the branch working in collaboration with the retail banking team at the Head Office in Vila

4) Manage a team of 13 staff members, whilst concurrently ensuring continuity of service to NBV customers throughout sanma province.
