The National Bank of Vanuatu is seeking to recruit an experienced, qualified and motivated person for its microfinance officer role at Pangi branch, South Pentecost, Penama Province. Applications must be received at NBV Pangi branch for all applicants living outside of Pentecost no later than the due date mentioned. Duties and responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the promotion and marketing of the bank’s rural microfinance product and other bank products and services to customers in central to south Pentecost and any other locations as may be directed by the bank

2) Responsible for assisting customers in preparing loan proposals for submission to the head office, as well as providing support to both existing and new microfinance customers within the area

3) The role will require traveling for customer awareness or communications within the communities of Pentecost and other locations throughout Vanuatu whenever required.
