The United States of America, acting through the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu executed the Millenium Challenge Compact in Port Vila on March 2 2006, that sets for the general terms and conditions on which the MCC will provide funding of up to USD$65,690,000 to the Government for a millenium challenge
