Job Description: Telecom Vanuatu Limited is seeking for a Stock Holder to be based in Port Vila. Missions The Role also involves the preparation and release of stock from Stock Control Room. Daily Reconciliation of Stock Movements and reconciliation of mission’s Sales. This is a hands-on role that necessitates the development of a good understanding of Stock Management Module. Principal Objectives To prepare on a daily basis: Ensuring daily Controls are in place over Stock Management reconciliation and reporting of mission sales and cash processing of banking of mission sales Primary Responsibilities: Daily balancing of Stock Movement Reports both in Ledger and the Stock system. Daily in the mornings allocate Stock to Street Sales team via Efate & Outer Island Sales and Distribution Coordinator Whole day activity would involve serving the Sales team by releasing stock out of Stockroom based on approvals and receipts from the Cashier for customer sales. Upon instructions of missions planned, she prepares and allocates stock for mission’s trip (Distribution team) Upon Missions returns, the reconciliation of Sales and Stock movements is carried out Promptly advise management of discrepancies in mission’s reconciliations Process island sales for direct debits advised by finance staff Covers Stock Controller and Cashiers Supervisor while away Involve in Month end Stocktakes.
