Job Description:
- Meeting, greeting & seating customers
- Managing floor staff & sections
- Managing kitchen food timing
- Managing Stock control
- Balancing till start and end of shift
- Motivating staff & creating a fast, efficient, happy work place.
Criteria:
- Must be all rounded, with experience working bar &
floor in restaurants
- 2-3 years experience managing a restaurant
- Well presented
- Capable of managing staff & sections
- Outgoing and likable personality
- Stock control experience
- Capable of managing & keeping a clean work area with an eye for detail
- Fast on the feet & quick thinking.
