Job Description:
Our company, leader in the production of beer in Vanuatu, recruits within the framework of his development, a Quality Engineer M/F.

At this post, you are connected with the Quality controller and within the framework of the Health Safety and Environment policy, you watch the respect for the regulations and advise by supplying necessary elements for decision-making and for orientations QHSE.

As such, your missions will be the following:
  • Set up the plan of sanitary control containing 3 steps
  1. the good practices of hygiene ; workshops/training to organize
  2. the HACCP analysis 
  3. the traceability and the management of the non conform products
  • Participate in the elaboration, propose, communicate and implement the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policy
  • Participate in the technical choices allowing the improvement of the conditions of work environment
  • Write the documentation related to the management QHSE HACCP, create and update safety data sheets
  • Insure the regulatory and technological monitoring in Health, Safety and Environment.
Criteria:
  • Ideally agro-industrial engineer or stemming from minimum Second-year university level education in quality management, you prove at least an experience in a similar post 
  • You are an expert of your job and justify good editorial qualities, accompanied with an analytical and a synthesis mind
  • You master the standards ISO (9001, 22000, 14001, 18001)
  • The knowledge of the standard HACCP is essential
  • You run with the Office Pack (word / excel/ PowerPoint)
  • You are rigorous, methodical, pragmatic, persistent; you have good communication skills.

              • Responsible for Contract preparation for facilities, equipment and service providers
              • Act as CARE Vanuatu Safety and Security Focal Point (S&SFP); and oversee to Information Technology (IT) to ensure that CARE is fully compliant with IT policies, throughout CARE Vanuatu.
