| senior management position. The suitable candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales and marketing department and to maximize on sales and yield to ensure hotel revenue is maximized. |
| Interested applicants must have the following requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Must have 2 to5 years of previous experience in Sales & Marketing in an international hotel; Hotel operational knowledge would be advantageous; Possess very strong language skills in English, both written |
| and spoken; Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; High level of personal presentation combined with excellent communication skills |
| - Candidate will be revenue driven; quality focused and must have a desire and passion to achieve results; Possess and understanding of hotel seasonality, need periods and periods of high demand; Ability to |
| plan and organize weekly sales call to both new and existing clients; Achieve Rooms and Conference sales budget set by the hotel |
| - The ability to work under pressure, demonstrate strong organizational skills and possess high levels of attention to detail; Ability to work on own initiative with a high level of flexibility; Competent to compile |
| weekly and monthly sales report, attention to the General Manager; Assist in the compilation of annual budgets |
| - Maintain good liaisons and communications skills with fellow Management team; A team player with ability to lead and direct a team; Possess an understanding of team & individual goals; Excellent customer |
| care skills and strong computer skills are essential. |
