VRDTCA is seeking to recruit for its national office in Vila a full time training officer. The Training Officer will coordinate all training programmes delivered within RTCS, and ensure TRCS trainers are qualified and competent to delivery standard skills training to the trainees. One of the major roles is to ensure that all RTCS delivered trainings with the end products that

qualified to enter workforce, sustain in the community and continue with further education. Those who have applied previously need not to apply.
