Bachelors Degree, preferably at Honours level. A Masters or higher post-graduate degree an advantage
Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or related discipline
At least 5 years experience in financial accounting or auditing. Some experience in management role. Expose to the Finance Management Information System. Some experience in a related job or similar background.
Management/Leadership skills; Computer skills- ability to utilise excel spreadsheets at a higher level; Quantitative and analytical skills; communication skills (oral & Written);
Practical & Analytical skills
Has Strong written & oral communication Skills
Honest; reliable, and of good character.
English or French and Bislama
