Qualification- Degree/Masters related field Experience- Must have 5-10 years relevant experiences at a Senior Executive Management level in a Public or Private sector institution. Special skills- Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills, managerial and supervisory skills, planning skills, analytical skills, policy development skills, computer skills, interpretation skills and research skills,. House boy & Public Area attendant
An opportunity has arisen for a Cleaner to join Housekeeping. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:. • To clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to. • To clean and store all the equipment in its proper place. • To clean assigned area or outlet thoroughly. • To take particular attention to busy areas such as guest lifts inside and outside, toilets, entrance doors, lobby carpets, ashtrays, restaurants, function rooms. • To inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures and report any damage to the Team Leader for action and follow-up. • To collect and dispose of garbage from all Public Areas. • To clean all back of house areas and toilets, lockers and offices as per standard set by the hotel. • To re-stock janitor for the next day. • To fill out the Housekeeping attendant’s reports correctly, showing the areas cleaned and time taken per area. • To report to Coordinator lost and found items as soon as found. • Carries out any duties that the Team Leader may assign. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Able to communicate English effectively • Experience in interaction with guests and motivated & Revenue and reservation manager •Responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of operation and guest service within the department. •Ensure all reservation agents operates with a sales attitude and are aware of sales opportunities which will assist in the maximization of revenue. •Monitor future availability on a daily basis in order to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue, and to prevent over-booked situations. •Monitor advance bookings in accordance with reservation standards in order to minimize inaccuracies and to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. •Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations. •Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. •Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. •Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons. •Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution. •Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity •Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional. •Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, groups, etc…). •Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process. |

The Pacific Sports
Partnership (PSP) is an Australian Aid funded program administered regionally
by Swimming Australia, Ltd (SAL) and Oceania Swimming Association (OSA). The
overall goal of Pacific Sports Partnership’s 'Let’s Swim' programs in Vanuatu
is to provide the opportunity for ni-Vanuatu to develop the life skill of
swimming in an open and supportive environment. PSP works with Wan Smolbag
and Vanuatu Aquatics Federation to deliver aquatic programs for social
development on Efate Island.

Job Description
|
The successful candidate
will be contracted to Wan Smolbag Theatre with management oversight by
Vanuatu Aquatics Federation and will lead a team of 3-6 people in
implementing aquatic programs across 12 communities around Efate Island.
Key Responsibilities • Ensure effective and inclusive strategies for activity delivery are developed • Organise programs and activities in accordance with the PSP work plan • Work with local government, sporting bodies, NGOs and private sector stakeholders using a range of communication platforms to ensure the program goals are met. • Identify and analyse program risks • Manage a team with of casual and part time staff and volunteers • Ensure activity and reporting timelines are met • Manage a budget and operating plan for the program |

• 3+ years experience in
managing people
• 3+ years experience in implementing community programs that empower youth and women • 3+ years experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with communities and governments/NGOs |
