responsible for implementation of the company’s AML, KYC and CTF compliance monitoring program. Day to day tasks will include checking the identity and background of new and existing clients andnmonitoring for suspicious transactions in accordance with the compliance monitoring program. You’llnhave some contact (mostly over email) with clients to satisfy the requirements of the program. Additionally you’ll prepare reports to management and regulating bodies as required. Some overseas travel to other Titan FX and partner offices may be required. Job Responsibilities ● Acting in an advisory, monitoring and control capacity ● Performing monitoring and surveillance functions in accordance with the compliance monitoring program (i.e. a checklist of regulatory obligations) and Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (‘AML/CTF’) Program to evaluate compliance of the company with its legal and regulatory obligations and the effectiveness of the internal policies and control procedures ● Drafting and/or updating the company’s policies and procedures and its governing documents to remain abreast of regulatory changes ● Contributing to the fulfilment of the company’s reporting and other obligations towards VFSC and VFIU and preparing reports to the Managing Director on legal and regulatory developments and making recommendations on actions to be taken ● Responding to client enquiries |
