Marketing consultants will be helping our clients
on problematics such as:
1/ Digital transformation . Omnichannel strategy: optimize customer experience, activating synergies between stores, social networks, web, direct marketing. Implement customer centricity with SMART objectives. . Tools: select, implement, and use relevant solutions for ERP, CRM, BI, eshop, web analytics. Train users. Create and maintain databases. . Processes: change management, iteratively improving the operational Marketing. RACI matrix. 2/ Marketing analysis . Lead field research, sectorial benchmark, quantitative and qualitative analysis. . Recommend mix marketing optimization: Product, Price, Promotion, Communication, and Lay out. |

for various experts to be deployed for the coming project.
Role of the expert: To support the Department of Finance and Treasury’s Budget Division in its role as coordinating team for the PFM reform plan Start Date: 1 October 2018 (indicative) Duration: 50 months Location: Port Vila with travel Time input: Long term (50-100% of a full-time assignment) Indicative profile (please note that the profile/requirements might change when the ToR will be available after short-listing) |

Qualifications and skills:
• University degree in Finance, Economy, Accounting, Business Administration, or related • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and proven ability to draft reports and communication notes • Fully computer literate General professional experience: • At least 8 years' experience in public financial management, thereof at least 3 years' experience in public sector institution building Specific professional experience: • Experience with assisting, advising, implementing or evaluating sector budget support programs, preferably related to agriculture • Working experience in supporting public finance management reforms • Experience in strategic planning preferably in the agriculture sector • Professional experience in Vanuatu and/or the Pacific region would be a strong asset |

• University Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics or related • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and proven ability to draft reports and communication notes • Fully computer literate General professional experience: • At least 8 years; experience in agriculture and rural development related work of which at least 3 related to public sector capacity building Specific professional experience: • Extensive experience in working with stakeholders along agricultural value chains like e.g. Ministries of agriculture, chambers, cooperatives, NGOs, producers, processors, traders etc. • Profound experience in designing and managing agriculture projects covering institutional capacity development and with a value chain development focus • A good knowledge of coconut, fruit and vegetable, and/or livestock value chains is an asset • Previous experience with working on gender mainstreaming and climate adaptation is an asset • Experience in Vanuatu and/or Pacific region is a strong asset |
