The Human Resource Officer will be involved in employee recruitment, training and development, the provision of compensation and benefits, the enforcement of disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution, while ensuring that the company continues to meet its business and organizational objectives.

Selection Criteria

The Organisation

The National Bank of Vanuatu seeks candidates for the position of Customer Relationships Manager. The individual selected for this position will work closely with the Head of Retail Banking to provide leadership at the main branch in Port Vila. This successful applicant will be responsible for a team of 5 branch supervisors, and 30 branch staff.

The Position

This is a senior position and requires a committed person who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of main branch in Port Vila and its foreign exchange booth at the International Airport. It plays a pivotal role in maintaining various functions of the branch and will ensure the branch meets all its' customers’ retail banking needs. This position reports to the Area Manager South.

Essential Selection Criteria

► At least a tertiary qualification in Business (or related field)

► Is dynamic in their approach to customer service delivery and team building

► Sound coaching and training skills

► Vanuatu Citizen

► Must provide a valid Police Clearance

Desirable Selection Criteria

We are a sport fishing company and have been trading since 2010. We are seeking some boat specialists to assist us in the renovation of a 1990, 46 foot Cresta boat with inboard Detroits diesel engines.

Job Description

We have a 4 months time frame to achieve this project, hence we would need 3 specialists in: boat maker specialized in Fiberglass who would also be able to do some carpentry work to renovate and paint the interior of the boat. Then, we would need a qualified marine electrician who would be able to re do all the boat's wiring as it is quiet old. And finally a qualified marine mechanic specialized in inboard diesel engines, experience in Detroits engine would be great. We are seeking specialists who are able to assist us in diagnosis, repair and maintenance in each specialty we are advertising.
