In addition, the Authority assists to resolve consumer complaints and disputes and advises the Government on matters related to electricity and water. Successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in economics or business management from an accredited recognized institution 3 years of relevant professional experience as business and economic analyst in a business, Government or Non-Government Organisation where the candidate has proven his/her capabilities in economic and financial analysis Demonstrated team skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English and Bislama is a requirement. A working knowledge of French is an advantage. Ni-Vanuatu (Citizen) and qualified International experts with required experience and background may apply. Candidates with advanced degree and higher levels of experience will be given preference and suitable compensation
