The selection process is handled by the Asian Development Bank on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management. |
The Position |
This role entails 6 person-months of work (split into two phases of 1 and 5 person-months respectively.)
The candidate will be a national citizen of Vanuatu and shall possess a degree in Sociology or related field and have at least 5 years of experience in supporting the land acquisition process for infrastructure projects. Experience in the Vanuatu land acquisition process is preferred. We kindly ask that all applicants take note of the following: i) We are presently tendering for the project and the successful applicant will be part of our proposed team. ii) Contracting of the successful applicant is contingent on our firm being awarded the project. It is not certain when the award decision will be made, although we expect it might be in the 2nd quarter of 2018. iii) We will contact the successful applicant by 21/11-17 and require you to enter your full CV details into the ADB Consultant Management System and approve an affiliation with Multiconsult by 12 AM on 23/11-17 (at the very latest). iv) If our firm is shortlisted to compete in the final evaluation phase of the tender, the successful applicant is required to complete a version of their CV in the ADB format. |
Essential Selection Criteria |
► Bachelor's degree in Sociology or related field |
► At least 5 years of experience in supporting the land acquisition process for infrastructure projects. |
Desirable Selection Criteria |
► Experience in the Vanuatu land acquisition process is preferred. |
► 5 years experience implementing gender designs for infrastructure projects. |
