Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking suitable candidates to appoint for the position mentioned.

Working as a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will report to the Spa Manager and will perform a range of beauty and relaxation treatments for spa guests and must provide excellent customer service to ensure that all spa guests have a perfect stay and that guest satisfaction is achieved. 

Duties include but will not necessarily limited to the following:
  • Deliver a variety of spa services (Body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
  • Specialising in facial and waxing, manicure and pedicure
  • Hairstyling and makeup
  • Keep documentation and maintain clients files
  • Keep entire spa clean
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations 
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
  • Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
  • Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
  • Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends. 
Criteria:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Proven work experience as a spa beauty therapist
  • Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies, hairstyle and makeup
  • Experience in sales will be considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language
  • Communication and customer service skills 
  • Positive attitude
  • User level computer skills 
  • Degree or current license in aesthetics or physiotherapy
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent grooming standard
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

Un Responsable Adjoint d’Exploitation Agricole (H/F) en contrat à durée indéterminée.

La personne retenue participera à la gestion technique de la société Ballande Vanuatu Limited dont l’activité principale est l’élevage Bovins mais aussi Porcins. Elle interviendra sous la responsabilité du Directeur d’exploitation local et du Directeur des activités agricoles du Groupe de Nouvelle-Calédonie.

Dans le cadre de la politique définie par le Groupe, elle sera chargée d’organiser les opérations liées à la conduite des élevages bovins et porcins ainsi que des productions végétales en vue d’obtenir des résultats de production optimums et de seconder le Responsable d’Exploitation.

Les missions principales qui lui seront confiées sont:
  • La gestion globale des ateliers (identifications, inventaires, pesées, ventes, reproduction, renouvellement, semis, récoltes…)
  • La collecte et saisie de données techniques (calendrier parcellaire, pesées, observations…)
  • La participation à la gestion du parc d’engins et outillages agricoles
  • La gestion de la société en l’absence du Responsable d’exploitation Agricole.

  • Baccalauréat et 4 ans d’expérience du même type dans un poste similaire
  • Aptitude à l’encadrement et au management sur le terrain

                                        The position of the Administrative Assistant – Finance & Administration is to manage the day to day operation of the student association office. The incumbent provides support to ensure that the day to day requirements for the effective implementation of association events and objectives are achieved.

                                        Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
                                        • Undertake administrative and receptionist duties, answer phone and deal with students and visitors at the counter and maintaining a professional environment in the office
                                        • Manage the ordering, receipt and distribution of office supplies, ensuring adequate stores are kept on hand and assist the General Treasurer and General Secretary with quarterly stocktaking and inventories

                                        Criteria:
                                        To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
                                        • A Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification and experience
                                        • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the Tourism industry
                                        • A good command of English
                                        • Experience in the use of Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher
                                        • Ability to work with little to no supervision and able to plan, prioritise and co-ordinate workload in order to meet competing deadlines.
