	The Position
	The purpose of this position is to provide the General Manager and Corporate Services Manager with full and confidential executive assistant support, as well as providing Human Resources Support to the organisation. This role is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Council, managing all the meeting logistics and taking minutes of the meetings. Finally, they will provide corporate support to the PASO Head Office, which includes updating the website, liaising with external marketing and communication providers, and, providing initial IT support to staff.
