Job Description: Nasama Resort is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Resort Manager to oversee and direct their Resort operations. The successful applicant will have relevant experience and a thorough knowledge of hospitality systems particularly in the following areas: Criteria: Operations Ensure positive customer experiences by maintaining high-quality facilities and remedying problems quickly Manage daily operations of front desk, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, gardeners, security, accounts and restaurant Manage operational costs of Resort through efficient purchasing and stock control Marketing & Sales, Reservations & Guest Relations Proficient operational knowledge of Property Management System / Channel Manager / Online travel agent extranets: implementation and management of the room types, rates, specials, availability and allotment to maximize the occupancy and room revenue Define and implement the rate strategy and marketing plan based on market research and current benchmark.
