VSTAP, in partnership with the Dept. of Tourism, the Public Land Transport Authority (PLTA), the Taxi Associations and the Vanuatu Tourism Office, is seeking the services of a Senior Officer to assist in the implementation of this program. The Senior Officer for the Taxi Ambassador Program will be based at the Dept. of Tourism in Port Vila under a 2 year contract and will work under the supervision of the Principal Accreditation Officer to coordinate and implement the following activities: Implement the Taxi Ambassador program as designed Coordinate all training sessions and logistics Organise and implement Taxi qualifications and delivery of  tourism permits Organise and participate in the Public Transport Working Group Actively contribute to communication with the public transport industry Assist the TA’s, HTLTC and VQA in course development and pilot delivery Account for all financial and administration transactions.
