Chartered Pacific Insurance Broking is an existing
insurance broker in Port Vila and is looking for an Assistant Broker to assist,
develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure standard response times are met for client base
- Comply with all relevant regulations when handling customers
- Ensure credit control procedures are being followed
- Document daily payments for banking and reconciliation
- Follow up on quotes and renewal terms from insurers as required
- Client reception/customer services
- Respond to queries
- Daily administration of the office
- Manage stationary supplies
- Compliance with all relevant statutory and the insurance broker requirement
- Receipting of client payments
- Preparation of insurance documentation
- Data import into Ibais
