        The Melanesian Spearhead Group MSG wishes to recruit a suitable person for the position of a Temporary Account Clerk based at it’s headquarter in Port Vila, Vanuatu. This temporary position is a short term contract for a period of Five months starting from April, 2016.
        Position Summary: The Account Clerk is responsible for performing assigned accounting and related clerical support function.
        Main Responsibilities:
        • Receive/receipt/banking of incomes
        • Receive quotes/invoice and verify accuracy
        • Prepare payment vouchers and writing cheque payments
        • Maintain and control petty cash payment and acquittals
