Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer / Assistant
Financial Controller, seeking for passionate and dynamic Finance professionals
who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of
customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. Your role will
include key responsibilities such as:
- Handle all customer payment and credit transactions
- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s
- Handle daily bank deposits
- Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties
as needed
- Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled
- Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom & work area

Criteria:
- At least two years related experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, including experience balancing
many responsibilities whilst meeting timelines and achieving desired results
- A professional, self-motivated and positive attitude with the ability to
maintain a high level of confidentiality, honesty and integrity
- Terrific interpersonal Skills - Have the ability to communicate effectively
both verbally and in written form, at all levels of staff and management.
