The URA is seeking to engage an individual to a Consultant position of Principal Finance Specialist for a period of One (1) Year likely to be extended. Criteria:  Successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: An advanced university degree in finance and accounting/economics/engineering/international business At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis; has strong analytical and modeling skills, consulting and project management with full knowledge of the Excel functions Knowledge of and some experience in economic regulation, preferably for utility services Proven track record in capacity building and trainings Proven track record of successful work as a member of a diverse team Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluency in written and spoken English in required, knowledge of French and/ or Bislama an advantage; and Experienced in Vanuatu and/ or other developing country contexts an advantage.
