As Head of Business Banking, you lead lead Westpac's Business Banking team in Vanuatu. Your role is to drive the creation of shareholder value and the achievement of key balanced scorecard outcomes by leading your team to be the best.

You will empower your team to maximise opportunities for new business, retain customers and earn all of our customer's business though a focus on making banking easier, deepening customer relationships and building a strong reputation. You will be hands-on in managing key customer relationship and building a profile as business leader within the country.

Criteria:

Knowledge and Experience

Seven (7) years + experience in business/commercial banking
Proven track record in contributing to business performance through strategic & personal competence
Strong Sales Management & Coaching skills. Proven experience in leading a team to deliver results
High level proven networking skills and results, the ability to create strong relationships with customers and the community
A sound understanding and experience of the financial sector
A degree in Banking, Finance or related Business discipline is required
A personal style that allows you to be dynamic, focused, and disciplined.
