| The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) is a body established by the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide for member contributions to and the payments of members' benefits out of the Fund. |

| The Fund is now seeking to recruit for its Head Office in Port Vila, suitably competent and proven persons for the following positions: |
| These positions report to the Director of Members' Services and Legal and Cmpliance of VNPF. The successful persons will be responsible for an effective and efficiebt debt control, close monitoring of loan arrers, Quality trained and equipped Lending Relationship, management of the Non performing books (Bad Debts) to enable improved opportunities to recovery of bad loans, and |
| identify factors to mitigate and embed to improve the Members Finacial Services Unit with its debt recovery process. |

| Key Outputs: |
| - Effective recovery of loan arrears more than 90 days; |
| - Updated loan recovery information to Board of Directors, Executive Management and Staff; |
| - Available accurate records of the non-performing loan portfolio; |
| - Write Submissions for loan recovery and calling of collateral from VNPF for Loan arrears; |
| - Consistency and continuity of policies and practices; |
| - Consistent Quality Output; |

| Key attributes and requirements: |
| Criteria: |
| - Demonstrate ability to maintain strict confidentiality in regards in regards to member loan records; |
| - Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with good verbal and written communication skills; |
| - A Team player with excellent networking skills; |
| - Ability to work under pressure with high standards outputs; |
| - Maintain a professional work ethics, managing multiple and competing priorities; |
| -Maintain members' Loan files and loan records. |
| - Available anytime when needed for information; |
| - Coordinate and organizations of meetings with non-performing members; |
| - Developing and strengthening the debt recoveryu procedures; |
| - Must be computer literate; |
| - Able to deliver on timely manner; |
| - Must be well groomed with outgoing personality. |
| - Candidate should have a diploma or higher qualification in Banking and accounting or similar area from a recognized institution with 2-3 years' experience in similar position. |
