Gender technical Lead: Channels of Hope ( 1 position on Efate)

The key functions of this role are to:

1. To provide technical support to gender programming across the World Vision Vanuatu Area Programs.

2. To ensure that gender Programming is implemented in line with best practice.

3. To build strong linkages and effective partnerships internally and externally with a focus on gender based violence.

The Ideal candidate should:

a) Have 3 years relevent work experience working on community developmemt projects in the field.

B) Have experience in gender equality.

c) Have experirnce in or with churches.

D) Have strong report writing skills.

e) Strong networking skills.

F) Good training and facilitation skills based on gender baseds violence.

h) Must be a team builder.
